Modern cafe with good food choices and well made coffee drinks.
We had the avocado toast, caprese panini and parma panini. All were very flavorful. The panini bread was very crusty, dark bread.
It was challenging to find a table for four but one opened up eventually. Lots of people working on laptops.

If you want to try one of the best lattes - this is the place. The latte was so foamy, aromatic and rich. I asked them to sprinkle some cardomom and that just enhanced the coffee flavor for me. I have tried the latte in other locations of coffeebar as well, this location is the best so far.
